Tim Gunn is an American author, actor, fashion consultant, and television personality. He has become well-known as the on-air mentor to designers on the reality television program Project Runway over 16 seasons. His popularity led to the spinoff shows Tim Gunn's Guide to Style and Under the Gun, as well as five books. He was also a mentor for the teen designers on Project Runway: Junior.
