Nigel is a minor character from the Disney Junior animated series Sofia the First. He is Baileywick's older brother.
History[]
Nigel is Baileywick's older brother. He loves spending time with Wicky but they don't get to see each other much because "Wicky just works, works, works."
Nigel makes his debut in "Baileywick's Day Off". He first appears when he arrives at Enchancia Castle for Baileywick's birthday. Nigel plans to spend his brother's birthday doing all the fun stuff they loved doing when they were kids: Apple picking, eating Sorcerer's swirl ice cream, and fishing. However, before they can leave for the apple orchard, Baileywick hears James calling for him and leaves to take care of it. By the time Baileywick comes back, they have missed the ride to the apple orchard. They are about to leave to get Sorcerer's Swirl when Baileywick hears Amber calling him. Baileywick goes to fix things with Nigel coming along this time. When they get there, they find that Amber's "emergency" is just that the frosting on her cookies don't match the theme of her tea party. Nigel is annoyed that his plans are being disrupted for something so petty to the point where he tells his brother "Oh Wicky. Let someone else handle this. It's time for us to get our ice cream." But Baileywick insists on fixing everything and by the time he's done it's too late for them to get their ice cream. Baileywick reminds him they still have fishing and leaves to get his fishing pole. But by the time he gets back, it's too late for them to catch the boat. Sofia later comes to him and together they give his brother a Day Off Do Over party in James's Tree House which is shaped like a boat. He never appears again.
